Cancellation of Your Booking or Ticket Against Deposit
Fortunately, you can refund your booking or ticket with OTT Holidays. We offer an ample 24-hour time frame in which you can get a full deposit refund. The money refund process can take up to 15 working days.
How Does It Work?
You need a booking reference number if you originally paid in cash through OTT Holidays. If the chosen airline has refund options, then you can apply and expect the payment within 15 to 25 business days, while the deposit refund will be processed in 7 business days.

Getting Your Refund When The Tickets are Issued
After the tickets are issued to you through OTT Holidays, you cannot obtain a full refund. In case of cancellation, you will receive the remaining amount after deducting airline cancellation charges (if the chosen airline provides refund options). If you initiate the cancellation after 24 hours, you may not be eligible for a refund.
